By downloading or using Speasy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Speasy is a real-time AI translation app for iOS. The service uses Google's Gemini API for voice and text translation. Translation quality may vary depending on language pair and internet connectivity.
2. Accounts
You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per user.
3. Free Tier
New users receive 3 minutes of free voice translation. After the free tier is exhausted, a subscription or top-up purchase is required to continue using voice translation. Text translation remains available.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Speasy offers monthly subscriptions (Plus, Pro) and one-time top-up packs. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Speasy for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
Resell or redistribute access to the service
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Speasy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% translation accuracy. Do not rely on Speasy for critical medical, legal, or emergency communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speasy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Speasy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Speasy is a real-time AI voice translation app for iOS. We provide translation services via in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases. The Free tier includes 3 minutes of voice translation (one-time). Paid plans provide monthly minute allowances.
You must sign in with Apple or Google to use Speasy. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Speasy.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple’s standard refund policy.
Unused monthly minutes expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up minute packs (consumable purchases) never expire.
You agree not to use Speasy for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its services.
Speasy and its content are owned by Premium Image GmbH, Burghaldenstrasse 11, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Speasy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI translation may not be 100% accurate. Do not use Speasy as the sole means of communication in safety-critical situations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
