By downloading or using Speasy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Speasy is a real-time AI translation app for iOS. The service uses Google's Gemini API for voice and text translation. Translation quality may vary depending on language pair and internet connectivity.
2. Accounts
You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per user.
3. Free Tier
New users receive 3 minutes of free voice translation. After the free tier is exhausted, a subscription or top-up purchase is required to continue using voice translation. Text translation remains available.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Speasy offers monthly subscriptions (Plus, Pro) and one-time top-up packs. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Speasy for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
Resell or redistribute access to the service
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Speasy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% translation accuracy. Do not rely on Speasy for critical medical, legal, or emergency communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speasy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Speasy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Welcome to Speasy. By downloading or using the Speasy app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Speasy is operated by Premium Image GmbH, Burghaldenstrasse 11, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland.
Speasy is a real-time AI voice translation application for iOS. We provide translation services through in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases. The Free tier includes 3 minutes of voice translation (one-time). Paid plans (Plus and Pro) provide monthly minute allowances. Top-up minute packs are available as consumable purchases and never expire.
You must sign in with Apple or Google to use Speasy. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Speasy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple’s standard refund policy. Unused monthly minutes expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over to the next period.
Important: AI-generated translations are provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Translation quality may vary depending on language pair, context, background noise, and technical complexity. Do not rely on Speasy translations for critical, high-stakes, or life-safety decisions.
Speasy uses advanced AI language models to deliver real-time translations. While we strive for high accuracy, no AI translation system is perfect. Translations may contain errors, omissions, or culturally inappropriate content. Speasy makes no guarantee that any translation is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular use.
Users are solely responsible for verifying important translations before acting on them and for all decisions made based on translated content.
Speasy translations are intended for general communication assistance only. They must NOT be used for medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety-critical, or official government communications. For such situations, always engage a qualified, certified human translator or interpreter.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speasy and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

You are solely responsible for how you use Speasy and for all actions taken based on translations provided by the app. You agree to use Speasy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Speasy, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Key points: we do not store your voice recordings or translation history. Audio is processed in real time and immediately discarded.
The Speasy app, its design, code, content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Premium Image GmbH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Speasy without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Speasy at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Speasy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
