Speasy ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account data: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address to create your account.
Usage data: We track how many minutes of voice translation you use to manage your subscription quota.
Translation content: Audio is processed in real time via Google Gemini API and is not stored on our servers. We do not retain transcripts or translation history.
Purchase data: In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of the purchase but not your payment details.

7. Children's Privacy
Speasy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Speasy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. Speasy is operated by Premium Image GmbH, Burghaldenstrasse 11, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland.
Account data: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and manage your account. We do not receive your Apple ID password or Google account password.
Usage data: We track how many minutes of voice translation you use in order to manage your subscription quota and provide the service.
Translation content: Your voice is streamed in real time to our AI translation engine for processing. Audio is not stored on our servers. We do not retain voice recordings, transcripts, or translation history. Audio is processed and immediately discarded after translation.
Purchase data: In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and its entitlement, but we do not receive your payment card details or billing address.
Technical data: We may collect basic technical information such as app version, device type, and crash reports to improve the service. This data is not linked to your identity.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
Speasy does not record, store, or retain any voice audio, transcripts, or translation history. All audio is processed in real time via the Google Gemini API and is immediately discarded. Conversations are never saved to our servers or used for AI training purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate Speasy:
Your account data (name, email, usage quota) is stored securely in Google Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
Data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where Google operates infrastructure. By using Speasy, you consent to this transfer.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.

Speasy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
AI-generated translations are processed in real time and are not stored. Translation results may contain errors and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other critical communications. See our Terms of Service for full details on the limitations of our AI translation service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
